What do I need to connect?

A Talkbee account with a connected number and API access. In ChatGPT, sending and making changes require the web Business, Enterprise, or Edu version with full MCP; Pro only allows viewing. In Claude, a custom remote MCP connector (for company accounts, check your organization's settings).

Who decides what gets sent?

You do. The AI prepares the draft; sending is a separate action that you confirm.

Is the AI subscription included?
