This policy explains how Talkbee, operated by Digital e Tal Tecnologia e Publicidade LTDA, CNPJ 41.885.607/0001-83, headquartered at QS 110, Conjunto 6, Sala 713, Onde Centro Clínico, Samambaia, Brasília/DF, CEP 72392-536 (“Talkbee,” “we”), processes personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018 – LGPD).

1. What data we collect

• Registration data: name, email, phone number, company, and payment details.
• Usage data: logins, device, IP address, and activity logs on the platform.
• Conversation content: messages, files, and contacts that pass through the WhatsApp number you connect.

2. What we use it for

• Provide the service you signed up for and offer support;
• Billing and issuing invoices;
• Improving and protecting the platform;
• Complying with legal obligations;
• Sending communications about the service (you can opt out of marketing ones).

3. Roles

For registration data, Talkbee is the controller. For your customers' conversations and contacts, you are the controller and Talkbee acts as the processor, handling this data only to provide the service, according to your instructions.

4. Sharing

We share data only with providers needed for the service (hosting, messaging infrastructure, Meta/WhatsApp, payment methods, and AI providers you choose to enable), with authorities when required by law, or with your authorization. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfer

Some providers are located outside Brazil. In these cases, we adopt the safeguards provided for in the LGPD.

6. How long we keep data

We keep conversation history for the duration of your plan (270 to 2,190 days) and registration data while the account is active or for the period required by law.

7. Security

We use technical and administrative measures to protect data, such as encryption in transit, access control, and activity logs.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent, by email at support@talkb.ee.

9. Cookies

We use cookies necessary for the site to work and, with your permission, analytics cookies.
