Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Talkbee platform, offered by Digital e Tal Tecnologia e Publicidade LTDA, CNPJ 41.885.607/0001-83, headquartered at QS 110, Conjunto 6, Sala 713, Onde Centro Clínico, Samambaia, Brasília/DF, CEP 72392-536Creating an account means you agree to them.

1. The service

Talkbee is a platform for team support on WhatsApp, with a shared inbox, campaigns, automations, and artificial intelligence features.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and you are responsible for what happens in your account and for the members you invite.

3. Plans, trial, and payment

• The free trial lasts 7 days and requires no card.
• Plans are billed monthly, per connected number, as shown on the pricing page.
• Meta messaging fees and third-party service fees (such as AI providers) are charged separately.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the next cycle; there is no prorated refund for the current month, unless required by law.

4. Permitted use

You may not use Talkbee for spam, sending messages to people who haven't opted in, illegal content, fraud, or any violation of WhatsApp and Meta policies. You are responsible for having permission from the contacts you send messages to.

5. WhatsApp and Meta

Talkbee is not affiliated with Meta. How it works depends on WhatsApp's rules and availability. Numbers may be restricted by Meta for misuse, with no liability on Talkbee's part.

6. Artificial intelligence

AI-generated replies may contain errors. It's up to you to review what is sent to your customers.

7. Data

Data processing follows our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow limiting it.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or are past due.

10. Changes

We may change these terms, giving advance notice of significant changes.
